BTS singer Jimin drops social media with his reaction to Jungkook and V’s ‘wives’. However, fans were not happy with the comments made on Jimin.

Park Jimin, a member of the iconic K-pop boyband BTS, has once again created history. He became the first solo South Korean artist to top the Billboard Hot 100 with the new single Like Crazy from his debut album Face. As expected, the army members could not contain their enthusiasm and love for the singer. The singer came on Weaver to do a live session where he thanked his fans for their support and love. The outpouring of love and support for Jimin’s achievement was unprecedented. Fans congratulated her for her incredible talent and hard work.

Soon it started taking a different turn. A fraction of ARMYs began spamming the comments section with “marry me” comments for various BTS members. Jimin handled the situation with poise and grace. He read some of the comments.

A translation from the live was shared on Twitter which read, “‘I will marry Taehyung’. You guys really can’t be stopped.” Another comment read “I’m Jungkook’s wife”. Jimin replied, “Jungkook did well.” His reply went viral.

This isn’t a new trend among BTS fans, and it certainly isn’t appreciated by most people. The comments section left a sour taste in the mouth as many commented. Others called on this section of fans to stop spamming each member’s live with these comments. “Oh y’all…even though it can be cute sometimes…we don’t do this all the time…” read one tweet.

Another fan wrote, тАЬWe are trying so hard to report them all. Why are people like this?!тАЭ Why are some people not stopping? I am trying to spam nice comments but my activity got stopped Leaving,тАЭ read a tweet.

Meanwhile, Jimin decided to cancel his planned appearance on Inkigayo’s live broadcast, Soompi reported. According to BIGHIT MUSIC, on April 1, the BTS singer’s pre-recorded performance of his title track Like Crazy will be the only one that will be shown during the show. The agency stated that Jimin would be unable to attend Inkigayo’s live performance due to his schedule. Jimin attended both Mnet’s M Countdown and KBS2TV’s Music Bank this week to accept his award in person. Inkigayo is scheduled to air on Sunday, April 2 at 3:50 PM KST (12:20 PM IST).
