BSP movement will never stop, Mayawati pays tribute to BR Ambedkar on his 131st birth anniversary

Bahujan Samaj Party chief and former UP Chief Minister Mayawati paid tribute to Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his 131st birth anniversary in Lucknow on Thursday and attacked his political opponents. He said that his rival parties are suffering from casteism and no matter how much injustice and atrocities are done to his followers, the BSP movement is not going to stop and will not bow down.

Paying tribute to the Dalit leader, in a series of tweets, Mayawati said, “Heartfelt tribute to the architect of the Constitution, respected Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar from his followers. The nation will always be indebted and grateful for his great and historical contribution towards the welfare and welfare of crores of weaker and marginalized sections and working society etc.

“The opposition parties and their casteist mindset governments continue to exploit and torture his followers by ignoring Ambedkar’s struggles and messages, but his self-respect will not allow the BSP movement to stop or bow down. Racist governments do not allow marginalized class leaders to do good for their society. If anyone tries to do something, he is thrown like a fly in milk. That is why the condition of these classes is still helpless and helpless, it is very sad.

Mayawati-led BSP had asked its workers to celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti with great enthusiasm at the zonal level. The Zonal Coordinators of all the 18 zones of the state will be the chief guests for the functions to be held in their respective areas. This is the first time since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic that the BSP is organizing a grand celebration of BR Ambedkar’s birth anniversary.

After the electoral defeat in the recently concluded 2022 UP assembly elections, where the BSP could win just one assembly seat, the party is trying to show strength after the UP assembly election defeat in an effort to send a strong message to its workers. Moreover, the BSP will aim to send the message that its Aadhaar voter from the SC/ST community is still intact with the party.
