After a long tussle in Karnataka, Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has finally resigned from his post. Yediyurappa met Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot and submitted his resignation to him. The Governor has also accepted. He thanked PM Modi, Amit Shah for giving him the opportunity to serve as Chief Minister for two years despite being above 75 years of age.
