MumbaiA sessions court in Mumbai on Thursday (October 14) reserved for October 20 its order on the bail pleas of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s sons Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchant in connection with the seizure of drugs in Goa-bound. Cruise.
Aryan, Munmun, Arbaaz were among eight people who were detained and later arrested after a raid on a luxury cruise on October 2. The lawyers of the trio filed bail pleas in the special NDPS court after a magisterial court did not allow them. He was sent to judicial custody for 14 days after granting bail.
ASG Anil Singh, representing NCB, told the court that Aryan was a “regular user of drugs” and he should not be granted bail just because no banned substance was found from his possession.
Aryan Khan to remain in judicial custody for next five days
The star kid will continue to remain in jail as the court will pronounce its verdict on the bail application on Wednesday (October 20).
