Bollywood’s ‘Shahenshah’ Amitabh Bachchan Shares Health Update, Desires To Be ‘Back On The Ramp Soon’

New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has shared a health update after injuring his ribs during the shooting of ‘Project K’.

Big B also thanked his fans for wishing him a speedy recovery and expressed hope that he would be ‘back on the ramp soon’.

Amitabh posted a picture of himself walking the ramp of a show on Instagram. He captioned it: “Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes for my recovery… I’m on the mend… hope to ramp back soon.”


Earlier in March, Amitabh was injured during the shooting of ‘Project K’ in Hyderabad.

The actor shared his health update on his blog. After consulting a doctor and getting a CT scan done at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad, he left for Mumbai, where he is resting at his home.

The 80-year-old had injured his right rib cage muscle during an action sequence in the film. He wrote that after this incident the shooting of the film was postponed.

‘Project K’ is a science fiction film written and directed by Ashwini Dutt. Being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, the show stars Amitabh, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani.
