The poster of Dwayne Johnson starrer Black Adam has been released. On Wednesday, the makers of the film released a new poster to create excitement among fans. He also announced that the film’s trailer will be released on June 8 at 6 a.m. PT, which means it will release in India today at 6:30 p.m. PT.
In the poster, Johnson is seen flaunting his muscles in Black Adam’s uniform. A yellow light can also be seen on his chest. The poster has also added a new tagline to the film. “The world needed a hero, it got Black Adam,” it read. Dwayne Johnson also shared the poster on his official social media handle and wrote, “The world needed a hero. It got Black Adam. World The premiere trailer of #BlackAdam⚡️ releases tomorrow. Meanwhile, the fans are also very excited about the trailer of the film. Twitter is full of fans talking about it. “The Black Adam trailer yesterday… the DC Fandom teaser was legit, so I can’t wait to see what we get in it,” wrote one fan. “Street needs a Black Adam trailer,” read another tweet.
Black Adam revolves around an Egyptian hero who escapes imprisonment after 5,000 years. In the film, Johnson will play a supervillain set in the early 20th century, when the Justice Society of America was still the dominant superhero group defending Earth. Apart from Dwayne Johnson, the film also stars Quintessa Swindell, Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo and Aldis Hodge. Black Adam is all set to hit the theaters on October 21 this year.
