BJP’s attack on Kejriwal government’s advertisements in Gujarat newspapers, claims AAP spent ‘less on Covid orphans’

Gujarat assembly elections may be held next year, but with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announcing its intention to contest on all seats, initial political skirmishes have started between the contenders.

BJP MLA from Surat in Gujarat Harsh Sanghvi tweeted and accused the Kejriwal government of spending Rs 75 lakh on advertisements in Gujarat’s newspapers. He wrote in a tweet, ‘Kejriwal government spent more than Rs 75 lakhs on advertisements in Gujarat, which is no big advantage, and is giving only Rs 2500 to children who lost their parents. Just imagine, if this money was given to those children suffering from Corona, then their future would have been bright.

BJP MLA Harsh Sanghvi further tweeted and wrote that the BJP-led government in Gujarat is committed to providing Rs 4000 to the children who lost their parents to the coronavirus pandemic.

It is alleged that the Kejriwal government advertises its work in newspapers outside Delhi at government expense. For this he is always on the target of the opposition.
