Not only this, BJP workers will invite Muslims and Christians to their homes at their booths on Vishu Day, which falls on April 15 this year.

On Eid, BJP workers will go to the homes of Muslims across Kerala to wish them Eid and give them a card with “Eid Mubarak” written on it.

Not only this, BJP workers will invite Muslims and Christians to their homes at their booths on Vishu Day, which falls on April 15 this year. They will also give them Vishu Kaneetam, which is a tradition of giving coins on this day from elders to younger ones.

In previous years also they used to visit Muslim houses during Eid, but this time it will be done on a large scale across the state. BJP’s Kerala in-charge Prakash Javdekar gave this instruction in the meeting of state office bearers of BJP.

Prakash Javadekar said: “I must congratulate all of you. On Easter day, thousands of workers visited about one lakh Christian homes.” He said that many people talked about their experience after this visit and that they were welcomed.

The BJP’s visit to Christian homes, Bishop Houses and Churches had sparked a political debate in the state, even as the CM joined in. Both the CPIM and the Congress tried to talk about the atrocities on the minority community, especially the Christian community, outside the state. ,
