Bikaner: An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale shook Rajasthan. Bikaner Wednesday morning.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 110 km about 343 km west northwest of Bikaner at 5.24 am.
“Earthquake of magnitude: 5.3, 21-07-2021, 05:24:29 IST, Latitude: 29.19 & Long: 70.05, Depth: 110 km, Location: 343 km WNW of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India,” said the national Said the Center for Seismology in a tweet today.
Earlier, an earthquake of magnitude 4.1 on the Richter scale struck Meghalaya’s West Garo Hills in the early hours of Wednesday.
“An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck West Garo Hills in Meghalaya at 2:10 am today,” the National Center for Seismology said.
