PATNA: After reviewing the current COVID-19 situation in the state, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday announced that all universities, colleges, technical educational institutions and schools (classes I to XII) as well as coaching institutes would resume normalcy. Will open from
“Examinations can be conducted by universities, colleges, schools of the state,” Kumar said.

The Chief Minister said that all shops, shopping malls, parks, gardens and religious places have been allowed to function normally.

Nitish Kumar tweeted on Wednesday, “With the permission of the district administration, all types of social, political, entertainment, sports, cultural and religious events can be held with necessary precautions.”

Also cinema halls, clubs, gyms, swimming pools, restaurants and eateries (with visitors) will be allowed to open with 50% capacity.

Nitish Kumar tweeted, “But looking at the possibility of a third wave, all Biharis need to be careful with covid friendly behavior.”
