New Delhi: Singer Neha Bhasin is out of Bigg Boss OTT house. She was HD to exit the Bigg Boss house on Wednesday night when she was voted out in the mid-week eviction. This leaves five contestants – Prateek Sahajpal, Shamita Shetty, Divya Agarwal, Rakesh Bapat and Nishant Bhat – as the top contenders for the trophy.
Neha grabbed the attention of many on the show because of her friendship with Prateek Sahajpal. Prateik and Shamita both had tears in their eyes after Neha was announced that she was out of the game. The two share a close bond with the famous singer.
After being evicted from the house, Neha took to social media and shared several pictures with her close friends in the house. “I didn’t lose a trophy, I got friends like family. Thank you @shamitashetty_official @pratikeshajpal and @raqeshbapat for rocking my bed in the show. I will always be grateful to Bigg Boss OTT who gave me a chance to show me my strengths, my weaknesses , in terms of my vulnerability and all the things that make me me. Words are few to describe the experience of living this journey. Most importantly, I would like to thank my fans for all that overwhelming love and support. Wish you all that was showered on me. Love to all of you and soon to see you on screen. Your love is needed more than ever,” she said.
Before the last eviction, Neha thanks Prateek Sahajpal while Rakesh thanks Shamita for taking care of him inside the house. Rakesh also announces that he will meet Shamita after the show is over. Rakesh and Shamita have been inseparable since the beginning of the show and their closeness in the house made some headlines. In fact, recently when Shamita’s mother Sunanda Shetty came home to meet her, she gave her approval, describing the actor as a sweet and gentleman.
Bigg Boss first announced the names of the four contestants who made it to the finale. The bottom two contestants were Rakesh Bapat and Neha Bhasin. Eventually, Bigg Boss announces the eviction of Neha Bhasin from the OTT house, saving Rakeysh Bapat.
Meanwhile, former Bigg Boss OTT contestants Moose Jattana and Akshara Singh expressed their happiness over Neha Bhasin being evicted from the house. Moose Jattana was giving live reviews when the time for eviction was going on. In the video, Moose is seen crying dramatically and saying, ‘Good luck. Thanks Big Boss. Congratulations!’
Akshara too expressed her feelings post Neha Bhasin’s eviction. The Bhojpuri actress shared on Instagram, “Aap ne apna saare sastra apnake bhi…bechaari… kuch nhi kar payi…Chundi ji. Bahar aa hi gayi. Mubarak ho, Mubarak ho.” (Even after using all her might and power you couldn’t do anything.)
The grand finale of ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ will be on Voot Select on Saturday (September 18). The episode will be available for streaming on leading OTT platforms from 7 PM onwards.
