first season of Big Boss OTT Divya Agarwal has been declared the winner. She was among the last four finalists along with Shamita Shetty, Rakeysh Bapat and Nishant Bhat, and emerged as the winner in Saturday night’s grand finale hosted by Karan Johar. She survived for six weeks indoors without much support from the contestants, but managed to win over the audience.
At the very beginning of the show, Divya had said during a war of words with fellow contestants Neha Bhasin and Shamita Shetty in an episode of Sunday Ka Vaar that they would all clap when she became the winner. Her confidence had stunned host Karan Johar and came across as arrogance for many. But Divya always insisted that she knew how to play the game, and was not afraid to play it alone.
Divya Agarwal rose to prominence after participating in MTV Splitsvilla Season 10. She finished as the first runner-up along with her ex-boyfriend Priyank Sharma. She was the winner of MTV Ace of Space Season 1. Divya made her acting debut with the second season of the popular horror web series Ragini MMS: Returns. She has also appeared in several music videos and hosted reality shows including Roadies: Real Heroes and MTV Ace the Quarantine.
