Shamita Shetty tears up during the punishment task

It is very clear that Bigg Boss OTT is all about ‘Stay Connected’, and host Karan Johar had also made it clear that to survive in the game, it is extremely important to have a strong connection. But it seems that some connections are coming too close. We talk about the so called ‘cool relationship’ – Rakeysh Bapat and Shamita Shetty. Rakesh openly flirted with Shamita at night while he was resting on her bed and the actress could not hide her cheeks from turning red. While the family members teased both, Rakesh could not stop flirting and Shamita could not stop blushing.
Talking about romance, Nishant Bhat and Moose Jattana have been transparent about their pure friendship and liking each other. But the two were seen sharing some sweet moments together after Prateek Sahajpal teased them by asking them to face their love for each other. Moose subtly said that there are certain boundaries that she would like to maintain between herself and Nishant.
Also, bringing some twist to the day, Bigg Boss announced the punishment task, in which the housemates (in the form of connections) had to choose any two connections which in their opinion were weak. After ‘mutual consent’ of the contestants, they decided to nominate Shamita – Rakesh and Prateek – Akshara Singh, while the bosses male and female, Zeeshan Khan and Divya Agarwal became the ‘conductors’. In the punishment task, ‘Kohlu Ka Bell’ Prateek-Akshara and Shamita-Rakesh had to move a machine without stopping in the garden area. And only one person could take leave to go to the rest room.
What seemed an easy task, certainly was not. While doing the task, Shamita started crying due to emotional breakdown and later she got into a heated argument with Nishant.
