TV actor Zeeshan Khan, who rose to fame with his attempt to board a flight in a bathrobe, and eventually made his way to Big Boss OTT, has revealed a casting couch experience that he faced. In a recent interview, Zeeshan spoke about his casting couch experience with a director. The actor revealed that a casting director from a “really good production house” had called him for a meeting and asked him to take off his pants.
Zeeshan revealed on Zoom’s Buy Invite Only that the incident happened when he was already ‘semi-known’. “So, he calls me over there and he’s like, ‘You know, this guy’s like a college baddie, so I want to see how physically fit you are. Can you take off your t-shirt? ?’ I was like, ‘Okay, I’m good with that.’ I take off my T-shirt. After that, he’s like, ‘I want to see your legs because a lot of people only work on their upper body and not their lower body’, Zeeshan recalled.
The actor told the director that he was not comfortable with stripping. But he was told, ‘Oh man, now you must have understood. The director named a few celebrities and said that they were responsible for their successful career. Zeeshan told him that it was his choice, and he would never want to compromise. Then the casting director told him that many people say no at first, only to come back after a month, willing to do anything to get work. Zeeshan said that if he gets a project on the basis of anything other than merit, he will “not be able to sleep peacefully at night”.

Zeeshan adequately displayed his fit body during his stint on Bigg Boss OTT before he was thrown out for being violent. He recently took to Instagram to share a romantic picture with his Kumkum Bhagya co-star Rehna Pandit. He confirmed after months of speculation that he is in a relationship with Rehana. In the picture, the lovebirds can be seen sharing a passionate kiss.
