Bigg Boss 16 Day 108 Highlights: Ration Task Raise Prize Money To Rs 21.80 Lakhs, Shiv-Archana Fight

It was another dramatic episode of Bigg Boss 16. With less than a month left for the finale week, the contestants are trying their best to not only capitalize on votes but also rack up cash prizes. The contestants increased the prize money to Rs 21.80 lakh courtesy the rationing act, but there was drama involved.

The episode begins with Shiv Thackeray, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Archana Gautam and Soundarya Sharma. The banter soon turned into a discussion of Tina’s insecurities, particularly regarding her height. Though all seems well at first, Soundarya draws attention for not making breakfast for Archana. Instead, she shares it with Nimrit. Archana notices the change in Soundarya’s behavior and also expresses her disappointment seeing the changes.

Meanwhile, Shiva and MC Stan are asked to sit in the confession room. When Shiv opened up about Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary, she was asked to weigh in on the nomination. He said that as long as Ankit was around, his aim was to protect him and fight for him. But now that he is out, he has stopped fighting and he feels in Priyanka’s mind that she has already won the trophy. Stan, on the other hand, explains that Priyanka cannot change easily.

After this, Bigg Boss calls Shalin Bhanot in the confession room and she tries to talk about Tina Dutta. However, Bigg Boss did not let her elaborate on her thoughts, stating that Shalin still spends time with Priyanka and Tina.

After the confessions were done, Bigg Boss announced the task of the day – the contestants got a chance to take ration of Rs 10 lakh. All contestants had to reach the red line with their shopping carts after each bell. The first container to enter will get a chance to take five individual ration items. Each item had a price tag. The price tag will help raise money for the winning prize money.

While they started off on a sporty note, it was no surprise that feuds broke out. Soundarya walks into the container room and is shocked to see the exorbitant prices of her vegetarian food. When she picked up her food item, she decided to get milk for Archana, but Bigg Boss stopped her reminding her that she had to choose only one ration.

Just then Archana drags Shiva on this topic over coffee. They get into a heated argument, which leads to an exchange of words between the two. While Nimrit tries to help Archana understand Shiva and Bigg Boss’s point of view, it doesn’t help in defuse the situation. Instead, Shiva calls Archana a “sinful doll finger master of dirty thinking” and this makes their fight worse. Archana got personal, commented on his appetite. While Soundarya tries to help the fight go away, Archana refuses to listen, causing her and Soundarya’s relationship to sour.

By the end of the task, the contestants were able to increase the total prize money to Rs 21.80 lakh courtesy their purchases. After a mini-celebration, Priyanka and Shaleen get into an argument as Shaleen gives the milk packet to Nimrit. After a short argument, Priyanka and Tina try to provoke Archana, suggesting that Soundarya, who is her best friend, become a scaredy cat in front of Shaleen.

Soon after, we see Priyanka and Shalin getting into an argument in which Priyanka calls her a ‘bad friend’. Soundarya and Archana also get into a fight with Soundarya requesting Captain Nimrit not to be around Archana when she is in the kitchen as she feels that Archana is targeting her.
