Yet another weekend passed by us, and that means it’s time for the weekend box office report card Bollywood Movies that have been released. Three major films to hit the theaters this weekend include the latest releases – Janhit starring Nushrat Bharucha where the actress played a condom seller, last week’s release starring Samrat Prithviraj Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar, and Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which has also excelled in its fourth week.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Jari seems to have been accepted by the audience despite its low numbers in public interest. The film earned a total of Rs. 2.19 crores in the first weekend. He tweeted, “#JanhitMeinJaari picks up momentum on Days 2 & 3… Though the weekend is at an overall low, the day-wise growth is an indicator that the film has got acceptance by the target audience… mon biz vital.. .Venus 43 Lakhs, Shani 82 Lakhs, Surya 94 Lakhs. Emperor Prithviraj saw a sharp decline in numbers. Taran Adarsh mentioned that the film registered a drop of 81.60% in its second weekend as compared to the first weekend. On Weekend 2 it earned Rs. 7.25 crores and the total collection is Rs. 62.30 crores. Looks like the film has already flopped. See details here:

It is Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which is trending best. The film also performed better at the box office of Samrat Prithviraj in its fourth weekend. Well, looks like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will continue its run for some more time, and is expected to cross the 200 crore mark as well.
