Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra, who created history by winning a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, will now be honored with the Param Vishisht Seva Medal. Gallantry awards for Neeraj Chopra and others have been announced by the President on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day. Apart from Neeraj Chopra, gallantry awards have been announced for a total of 384 people of the army. This includes 12 Shaurya Chakras, 29 Param Vishisht Seva Medals, 4 Uttam Yudh Seva Medals, 53 Ati Vishisht Seva Medals, 13 Yudh Seva Medals.

For 2021, 51 people will be honored under the Jeevan Raksha Padak Series. In this, 6 people will be given Best Defense Medal, 16 will be given Uttam Jeevan Raksha Padak and 29 will be given Jeevan Raksha Padak. Out of 51 people, 5 people are being given this award posthumously. This award is given to those people who save the lives of others by putting their lives on the line.

JDU gave ticket to the accused of Malegaon bomb blast in UP, changed the decision after 10 minutes due to fear of controversy

Janata Dal United (JDU) on Tuesday released the list of candidates for 20 seats out of 26 for the UP elections. Among them the most shocking name was that of Ramesh Chandra Upadhyay. Ramesh Chandra is an accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case and is currently out on bail. He was given ticket from Bairiya Vidhan Sabha of Ballia. However, his name was removed from the list after 10 minutes for fear of controversy.

Ramesh Chandra Upadhyay had joined JDU in 2020. He was also made the state convener of the Ex-Servicemen Cell of Uttar Pradesh. He got bail in 2017 from the High Court. On giving ticket to Ramesh Chandra, Congress said that JD(U) has shown its deep allegiance to the Sangh Parivar and terrorism by doing so.

Grenade attack in Srinagar market a day before Republic Day

Suspected terrorists carried out a grenade attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar on Tuesday. The attack took place in the Hari Singh High Street area. Whether anyone was injured in this or not, it is not yet known.

AIMIM gives tickets to 4 Hindu candidates for UP elections
AIMIM has released the list of 27 candidates for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. In this, the party has given tickets to 4 Hindu candidates. Pandit Manmohan Jha will contest from Sahibabad seat in Ghaziabad, Bhim Singh Balyan from Budhana seat in Muzaffarnagar, Vinod Yadav from Hastinapur seat in Meerut and Vikas Srivastava from Ramnagar seat in Barabanki.

State party chief Shaukat Ali said that in the coming times, more Hindu brothers will be given tickets. He said that we do not give tickets on the basis of religion. We are called communal, but the truth is that BJP is the party which does not give tickets to Muslims.

US warplane crashes during landing in South China Sea, 7 soldiers injured

Car fell from bridge in Wardha, 7 medical students including son of BJP MLA died

20 Indian fishermen from Pakistan return home after 4 years
