18 thousand Indian students are trapped in Ukraine amid fears of war with Russia. He is studying medical and engineering in various universities here. Troops are deployed in large numbers in Moscow on the Ukraine border.

According to the news of TOI, these students have got themselves registered at the Indian Embassy in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. The embassy had asked the students to give name, age, passport number, address of the place where they live in Ukraine and details of their home in India. Their contact numbers have also been taken in Ukraine and India.

These students say that they do not want their academic career to be affected by the war situation as they prepare for the next semester. About 200 students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are studying in Ukraine.
