In Karauli, at the behest of a councilor, masked rioters kept the city on fire in front of the spectacled police. The councilor was walking ahead and behind, masked people were vandalizing with sticks in their hands, setting shops on fire.

The police also remained silent on these riots at the behest of Ward 33 councilor Matloob Ahmed. Masked rioters passed in front of the police with sticks in their hands, but no one dared to stop them. People were pleading with the police for help – a lot of blood has been lost, send them to the hospital, but the police did nothing for a long time.

It has been eight days since the Karauli riots. People are imprisoned in their homes, but the main accused councilor is still away from arrest. The miscreants came out of the houses waving weapons after stone pelting
A bike rally was passing between Futakot to Ganesh Gate in the city on Navasamvatsar (Hindu New Year). There were already piles of stones on the roofs and dozens of youths were hiding there. As soon as the bike rally came, stone pelting started from the roof. When there was a stampede due to stone pelting, the masked men who were already hiding in the houses came with sticks and knives in their hands and attacked them.

In a video, councilor Matloob Ahmed is seen talking to the rioters. was telling them what to do next. Talking on the phone occasionally. In this frame of the video, the police is also looking like a spectator. At the behest of the councilor, the rioters first ransacked bike-shops and then set vehicles on fire. The rioters were selectively burning shops. When two jeeps and over 30 bikes were damaged by the rioters, the councilor asked them to go ahead.

After a disturbance at one place, the councilor gestured and asked the rioters to leave. After this, the rioters left behind the councilor in front of the police, shouting slogans and waving sticks. After the councilor and the rioters left, some youths were vandalizing from behind. In such a situation, the police told him – now get out of here. There has been a lot of demolition, everyone is leaving, you also go from here.

People kept asking the police for help to take them to the hospital
During the riots, people performed the duty of humanity. Amidst the flames, the injured were given shelter in their house. The people there appealed to the police for help to take the injured to the hospital. Some policemen even called to call an ambulance. When the ambulance did not arrive on time, some of the blood-soaked injured left for the hospital on foot.

Around 30 to 40 policemen were stationed in front and behind the rally. After the riots started, some policemen called up the officials and told that there was stone pelting in Sir rally. FIR named against 37 including councillor, sacked home guard, former chairman
The police have registered an FIR against 37 people from both the sides in the case. It includes the names of 20 people from one side and 17 from the other side. The named accused include Matlub son Mahmud, Samsuddin son Alauddin, Bachchu son Sardar, Imamuddin son Molabaks, Asif son Asghar, Qutubuddin son Alauddin, Ikramuddin son Alauddin, Wasim son Molabaks, Nadeem son intern, Saddam son Asghar.

At the same time, a case has been registered against Farman son Sultan, Macchan son Gulav, Yasin son Islamuddin, Kashim son Ghisya, Azharuddin son Vilad, Wasim son Shaheed, Rehman son Babu, Suleman dismissed home guard, Firoz son Ibrahim, Hasim son Islamuddin.

Similarly, Rajaram Gurjar former chairman Karauli, Neeraj Sharma alias Neeru Shukla son Mohanlal, Sahab Singh Gurjar Hindu Sena president, Neeraj Yogi son Parbhati Yogi, Raja son Chhotelal Sharma, Raman Sharma son Harimohan Sharma, Pushpendra son Bajendra Sharma, Prahlad alias Kanha, Vishvendra A case has been registered against son Atar Singh Gurjar, Bhallu Gurjar Coaching Director, Ravindra Dagur son Jormal, Virendra son Shishram Gurjar, Gajendra Singh son Balveer Singh, Manish son Rajkumar, Umesh son Lajja, Pushpendra son Pankaj, Vicky son Pankaj.
