“We have a winner. The best dropped catch in village cricket history!” reads the caption to the video shared on X (formerly Twitter). The video, which is from a village league match between Sanderstead Cricket Club vs Merton, shows Sanderstead’s Stuey Elleray juggling the ball not once or twice, but a total of seven times before ultimately dropping the catch. The moment was so dramatic that even the commentator couldn’t stop himself from saying, “That’s gonna be the best juggle ever.”
