Hollywood’s hottest couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are headed for a divorce, as per rumours. Although Ben and Jen haven’t reacted to the claims, the couple did make a joint appearance recently which seemingly douse the rumours. However, a new report has claimed that their different approach to life and fame could be causing an issue in their marriage. It is claimed that Ben is ‘not comfortable’ with JLo’s approach towards tackling fame and attention on their personal life.
A source told Page Six Ben is impressed with the way JLo tackles limelight but he doesn’t want to put his life on display in the media. “They just have very different approaches when it comes to media attention. Ben hates all attention and it makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach,” a source said.
“Even though he admires that about her, it doesn’t make him happy and causes stress in his life and then in hers. There is no question their different styles clash,” the source added. Another source told the publication, (Jennifer) needs that expression but Affleck simply is not comfortable with it.”
“After a while it causes tension in the relationship. He is more introspective and private. She likes to open her heart to her fans and to the world. This makes them considerably different, and it has been difficult in the day-to-day relationship. There have always been clashes in their styles, how they handle issues, and their actions, but nothing has stopped their love over the years. This is a great love story,” the source said.
The rumours of the couple’s divorce made the headlines last week after ‘In Touch Weekly’ reported that all was not good between the couple. The report claimed that the Batman v Superman star had reportedly moved out of Jennifer’s house. Ben and Jen were seen riding the car a few days to seemingly dismiss rumours.
