Following the Delhi High Court’s order that directed the BCD to consult all bar associations in the national capital and arrive at a consensus on what law interns should wear, the BCD had on December 16, 2022, said that the Law The dress code for interns will be white. In view of prescribing a uniform uniform for all trainees, Justice Singh had asked the BCD to hold a meeting of all bar associations and other stakeholders in the national capital to arrive at a consensus on what uniform the law trainees should wear. should wear.

“Considering the large number of interns, a uniform policy should be made with the consent of all stakeholders. A uniform uniform should be prescribed because if different unions prescribe different uniforms, the interns will be inconvenienced,” he said. Said.
