Bangladesh cricket chiefs said on Wednesday that one of their players is taking part in the Women’s Twenty20. World The cup was approached in a case of spot-fixing.

The BCB said that the incident has been reported to the International Cricket Council (ICC).

“We informed the matter to the ICC. Now they will take necessary action. We will extend our highest cooperation,” Alam Nadel said.

Spot-fixing involves betting on specific aspects of a cricket match without betting on the result.
