Patna: West Champaran Police registered name FIR Against Bihar Tourism Minister Narayan Prasad‘s son Niraj Kumar alias Babloo and in connection with the firing of six of his supporters for allegedly intimidating a group of children playing cricket in his garden on Sunday. The SP said that the complainant alleged that Bablu and his supporters reached the village garden and asked the children playing cricket there to vacate the place. When the children protested, some of them were beaten up. He also alleged that Bablu opened fire in the air to scare the children.
He said the police have seized the vehicle used by the minister’s son. Bablu’s licensed rifle and pistol which he had taken to the garden have also been confiscated for further investigation. He said that an FIR has been registered at Mufassil police station under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 27 of the IPC, Arms Act.
