Engineering solutions provider Axiscades Technologies Ltd has inducted former DRDO chairman S Christopher as director in the company. AxisKeds said in a statement on Tuesday that his appointment is effective from June 30, 2023.
It added, “Former DRDO Chairman and Secretary, Department of Defense – R&D, S Christopher, has joined the Board of Axiscades. His appointment as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director is with effect from June 30, 2023.” “
Christopher holds an engineering degree from University of Madras, M-Tech in Microwave and Radar Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and PhD in Antenna and Measurement Technology from IIT Madras.
In his career as a scientist spanning over two decades, he has earned several recognitions and is also known as the man behind the indigenous Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system in defence.
