Mangaluru: On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, Development Education Service (DEEDS), Mangaluru, will organise awareness jatha and convention on November 24. The director of Deeds, Merlyn Martis said that it is organised by involving several governmental and non-organisation. The aim of jatha and convention is to create awareness to prevent various violence against women in the society, gender-equality and make women know about various legal rights.
