At least 15 killed in earthquake in southern Pakistan

AFP on Thursday quoted disaster management officials as saying that at least 15 people have been killed in an earthquake in southern Pakistan.

The European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) put the quake at 5.7, up from an earlier magnitude of 5.4.

The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 mi), with its epicenter located 102 km east-northeast of Quetta, Pakistan.
