The Congress will also use local culture, language and folk songs to connect with people during rallies.
Announcing the polling dates in five states, the Election Commission of India on Saturday directed that no physical political rallies and road shows will be allowed till January 15 for the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa and Manipur.
