Assembly Election Live Updates: BJP chief JP Nadda will on Wednesday release the saffron party’s ‘sankalp patra’ or election manifesto for the upcoming Meghalaya assembly elections. Political mercury has started rising in the northeastern states as the assembly elections approach. Remember, Tripura will vote on February 16 and Meghalaya and Nagaland will vote on February 27. The counting of votes in all the three states will take place on March 2.
