Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi says NCB pushed drugs case too far – Times of India

Aryan Khan The former Attorney General of India was represented by Mukul Rohatgi During the recent hearing in which he was granted bail. After posting the matter, the Senior Advocate expressed that Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) took the matter very far.

Talking to India Today, the senior advocate said that there was no evidence of Aryan Khan consuming, pedaling or carrying large quantities and NCB trying to make it a case of commercial volume, exaggerated it. Speaking about the Sessions Court order, Mukul Rohatgi said that the argument about conscious possession was extended beyond a point to include people who were complete strangers to Aryan Khan.

On October 3, Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB after busting drugs on a luxury cruise.
