After reading out the bail reply arguing against grant of bail to Aryan, the Additional Solicitor General (ASG) said, “I will continue tomorrow. I request at 12 noon.”
ASG said that he has a fixed case in the High Court, so the hearing is going on special court should be determined accordingly. On this, Advocate Amit Desai said, ‘Please hear at 11 am.
The judge had other cases so he said, “Tomorrow I have 5-6 cases. Then I’ll pick it up.”
