Arshi Khan called the celebs who gave a bite on Siddharth Shukla’s death ‘overacting and fake’

The sudden demise of Siddharth Shukla has sent shock waves across the country. His fans, friends and colleagues are in mourning and the tributes for the late actor have not stopped even days after his demise. Meanwhile, actress Arshi Khan, who also participated in Bigg Boss, is shocked as to how people are trying to make headlines over actor Sidharth Shukla’s death. Without saying anything, she calls their behavior “disgusting” and says that their actions and statements do not match. He said that the bereaved should meditate and pray for the departed actor’s soul instead of giving bytes to the media. He also suggested people to pay homage to the departed soul by reaching out to the needy people.

“It is disgusting that people seek profit themselves whenever a popular celebrity dies. I am disappointed with a lot of people who are coming out as ‘wannabes’ over the death of Sidharth Shukla. In the media Looks like his actions and statements are overacting and fake. Later he himself will regret it,” Arshi told IANS.

The actress who rose to fame with ‘Bigg Boss 14’ suggests that such people should focus on themselves instead. “People claiming they are ‘numb’, and ‘unable to come out of it’ need to engage in prayer and meditation and pray for Siddhartha’s soul. Involve themselves in giving this bite. Will be more helpful than anything. They can do anything for a good cause like feeding the less fortunate ones or donating in the name of Siddhartha,” she says.

Siddharth Shukla passed away on 2 September. The actor, best known for his role in the long-running TV serial “Balika Vadhu”, died of a heart attack on Thursday. He was 40 years old and is survived by his mother and two sisters. A Cooper Hospital spokesperson revealed that the actor was “brought dead” this morning.

Shukla was known to stay fit and also won the reality show, ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7’. He also hosted ‘Savdhaan India’ and ‘India’s Got Talent’.
