Sapna’s troubles may increase after the arrest warrant is issued.

Arrest warrants have been issued against famous dancer and actor Big-Bose fame Sapna Chaudhary. He is accused of not returning the money to the audience by canceling the show. Shantanu Tyagi, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of a court in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, while hearing the case, ordered the police to present him in the court in the next hearing. The court has to frame the charges against Sapna Chaudhary, so she has been summoned in the court. After the FIR was registered in this case, Sapna Chaudhary appealed to the court to cancel it, but it was rejected.

FIR was registered in 2018
On 14 October 2018, an FIR was registered against Dancer Sapna Choudhary at Ashiana Police Station, Lucknow. It was alleged in the complaint that on October 13, 2018, the show was organized in Lucknow’s Smriti Upvan. But till late night Sapna Chaudhary did not reach the program. After that the show was cancelled. Apart from Sapna Chaudhary, the organizers of the program are Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay.

The audience had created a ruckus
In the complaint filed in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, it was told that the audience had bought tickets for the show by paying Rs 300-300. Thousands had gathered in the show to see Sapna Chaudhary, but when Sapna Chaudhary did not reach till 10 pm, the audience created a ruckus. Later an FIR was also lodged against Sapna Chaudhary.
