An army officer is among the three soldiers who died after falling into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara.
The Army said a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) and two other army personnel were carrying out a routine operation in Machhal sector of Kupwara when their vehicle skidded off a snow-covered track and fell into a gorge. The bodies of the soldiers have been recovered.
