Arjun Kapoor Wraps Singham Again Shoot, Shares Stunning Pic With Rohit Shetty: ‘Cop Universe Ka Villain’ – News18

Arjun Kapoor has wrapped up the shooting for his next film Singham Again. The actor will be playing a negative role and his first look became extremely popular when released. However, today Arjun shared a photo with Rohit Shetty and penned a sweet note. He called the film one of the biggest milestones of his career.

Taking to Instagram, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Rohit Shetty ke cop universe ka villain !!! I have wrapped up my work on ‘Singham Again’ !!! My 20th film & one of the biggest milestones of my career with a director who is the boss of MASS CINEMA !!! I feel blessed to be a part of one of the most entertaining franchises in Indian cinema. Can’t wait for our hard work to light up the silver screen soon !!!” In the photo, Arjun is seen looking at Rohit while he stars upstairs. It is a black and white photo.

A report by Bollywood Hungama says that Arjun Kapoor, who will be playing one of the antagonists along with Jackie Shroff, will be called Danger Lanka in the film.

In an earlier interview with the same portal, Arjun Kapoor said, “I’m just too thankful to all the directors and producers who have given me a chance to shine. So, I’m ecstatic that a stalwart filmmaker like Rohit Shetty saw I had the potential to play the villain in his massively mounted Singham Again which boasts of so many stars in it! I know I have given it my all and I’m looking forward to seeing how people react to me when the film releases.”

It would be interesting to see Arjun Kapoor face off five super cops. For the unversed, Singham 3 aka Singham Again will not only bring back Ajay Devgn as Singham but also marks Akshay Kumar’s return as Veer “Soorya” Sooryavansh, and Ranveer Singh’s return as Simmba. The film will also introduce Deepika Padukone as the first lady Singham of the cop universe. Rohit had also revealed Tiger Shroff has been roped in for a pivotal role.
