In videos circulating on social media, Gauri Khan was seen entering the house, followed by Bhavana Pandey and Dia Mirza, who were also photographed as they arrived to pay their respects. Other celebrities, including Shilpa and Shamita Shetty, filmmaker Farah Khan, her brother Sajid Khan, and choreographers Geeta Kapoor and Terence Lewis, also made appearances to offer their support to the grieving family.
In one poignant moment captured in a video, Malaika’s ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan, was seen alongside his current wife, Sshura Khan. They shared a hug with Gauri Khan and Bhavana Pandey outside the house. The extended Khan family, including Salim Khan, Helen, Sohail Khan, and Alvira Agnihotri, also visited the Arora residence on September 11 to express their sympathies.
Earlier, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor were spotted at Malaika’s parents’ house following Anil Mehta’s demise. Kareena, a close friend of Malaika and her sister Amrita Arora, canceled a scheduled promotional event after hearing the news of his passing.
On September 11, Malaika released an emotional statement on social media, honoring her father and requesting privacy for her family during this difficult time. “He was a gentle soul, a devoted grandfather, a loving husband, and our best friend,” she wrote, thanking fans and well-wishers for their understanding and support.
