Apple iPhone 15 Expected Specifications

Apple’s Bionic A16 chipset is expected to power the iPhone 15 and its Plus variant, while the Pro model will feature the new A17 chip. Instead of Apple’s exclusive Lightning port, all models are believed to have USB Type-C ports.

The company’s brand new Dynamic Island feature, which was solely introduced on the iPhone 14 Pro models, is rumored to be present on all handsets. This means that all the devices can have a punch-hole display design.

With the latest versions, Apple is also expected to include a bigger battery pack and better battery optimizations. It is expected that iOS 17 will come pre-installed on the iPhone 15 series.

The regular model is rumored to get a significant camera update. The 12-megapixel main camera seen in previous generations could be replaced by a 48-megapixel primary sensor in the back camera configuration.

Naturally, the normal versions will not feature a telephoto camera like the Pro model as the feature is rumored to be available only on high-end devices. The larger sensor is speculated to produce better photos for the Pro model.
