Kuo had earlier said that the iPhone 13 will have several other camera improvements, including better performance in low light.

Apple’s next iPhone Pro phones, rumored to be called the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, will reportedly feature an ultra-wide camera with auto-focus. The upgrade will offer sharper images using not only the primary camera, but also the secondary sensor. The new information comes from notable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (via MacRumors), who also suggests that the entire iPhone 14 series could feature an ultra-wide sensor with auto-focus. The next series is said to retain two Pro models, a regular edition and a mini variant and may launch in 2022. Currently, the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max phones have an ultra-wide sensor but with a fixed focal length. Only the primary camera supports auto image stabilization.

Kuo previously said thatiphone 13 It will feature a number of other camera improvements, including better performance in low light. Last week, a tipster named Sonny Dixon showed off alleged dummy models of the iPhone 13, iphone 13 mini, iphone 13 pro, and iphone 13 pro max. The tipster showed that the dual cameras of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini will be placed diagonally from each other, as opposed to the vertically-aligned design that Apple is using with the iPhone 11. The tipster further said that the iPhone 13 Pro Max will be slightly bigger than its siblings and thicker than the current iPhone 12 Pro Max. Apple may make the phone thicker to house a bigger battery and advanced camera sensor. Earlier in May, popular YouTuber Lew Leter, better known as Unbox Therapy, got his hands on a dummy for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. In terms of size, both the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro Max feature a 6.7-inch display. All dummy units featured a Pro Max model with a LiDAR sensor to enable AR capabilities. Reports have claimed that the iPhone 13 series may bring back Touch ID support in addition to Face ID.
