During the hearing, the counsel for North MCD told the court that the order to constitute committees in each zone has been passed and information has been sent to all the expert panels regarding preparation of street vending plan. Senior advocate Sanjeev Ralli, representing the petitioner, submitted that despite repeated directions of the court, the Delhi Police has not yet installed 330 CCTV cameras in the area to check encroachment on the area and way and it is a casual approach of the authorities.
