Ranchi: Hours after the Karnataka High Court held that hijab is not a necessary practice in Islam and upheld the ban on it in colleges in the southern state, Congress MLA from Jharkhand Jamtara constituency Irfan Ansari said on tuesday BJP “Now running the court”.
