Another landslide has once again blocked the National Highway-5 (Shimla-Kinnaur Highway) at Badhal in Shimla district. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for heavy rains in the plain and central hill districts of the state. The public and tourists are advised to stay away from the rivers due to the rising water level.
