Anil Kapoor joined Bollywood stars to offer his condolences to Krishan Kumar after his daughter Tishaa Kumar’s death.
Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor attended Krishan Kumar’s 20-year-old daughter Tishaa Kumar’s prayer meet on Monday evening. Tishaa, who was also Bhushan Kumar’s cousin, died on July 18, following a battle with cancer. She was cremated in Mumbai on Monday afternoon. Krishan and the Kumar family hosted a prayer meet in the city and Anil was one of the many stars who attended it.
In a video, Anil was seen rushing towards the hall where the prayer meet was being organised. The Bigg Boss OTT 3 host maintained his distance from the media at the gathering. Watch the video below:

Earlier in the day, a devastated Krishan was spotted making his way to the funeral ground to perform the last rites of his daughter. He was supported by his friends. His wife Tanya was also spotted at the funeral venue, participating in the prayers. Several Bollywood stars including Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh were seen offering their tributes before the funeral procession.
On Friday morning, a T-Series spokesperson issued a statement confirming the death and said, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that family’s privacy is respected.”
Born in September 2003, Tishaa was a private person who did not usually make a lot of public appearances. However, one of her last public appearances was in November 2023, when she attended the premiere of the Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Animal. Back then, she was seen posing for the paparazzi on the red carpet with her father, Krishan Kumar.
