Ananya Panday humorously asks dad Chunky Panday for a salary after he requests her to cook daily, during a fun food vlog with Farah Khan.

Ananya Panday, the daughter of Chunky Panday and Bhavana Pandey, has become one of Bollywood’s most talked-about star kids. Known for her roles in Student of the Year 2, Khaali Peeli, and Liger, Ananya recently made her OTT debut with the series Call Me Bae, which premiered on September 6, 2024.

While her acting career has been in the spotlight, many fans may not know about Ananya’s cooking skills. In a fun episode of Farah Khan’s food vlog on YouTube, Ananya showcased her culinary abilities by preparing chicken fried rice for her family. During the shoot, Farah, along with her cook, Dilip, visited Ananya’s house to film the episode.

When asked if she knew how to cook, the Call Me Bae star admitted she could whip up simple dishes like maggi, tea, and eggs. However, for this special vlog, she prepared chicken fried rice, which her father, Chunky Panday, was more than happy to taste.

Upon tasting her creation, Chunky praised her cooking, saying, “Ananya, why don’t you cook like this every day yaar?” To which Ananya cheekily replied, “Agar aap mujhe paiso do toh mai karungi, we will talk about my pagaar (If you pay me, then I’ll cook. Let’s discuss my salary).”

This humorous father-daughter banter left viewers entertained, offering a glimpse into the Panday family’s playful dynamic.

Aside from her cooking skills, Ananya has often shared her diet secrets. In a previous Pinkvilla episode of What I Eat In A Day, she revealed her love for healthy meals like chicken sandwiches and salmon, maintaining a strict diet when she’s on set.

Call Me Bae, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment, also stars Vir Das, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, and Gurfateh Pirzada.
