Ananya Panday is still getting praise for her last film CTRL. The actress’s performance was loved by the audience. And now a report is coming that she and Kill fame actor Lakshya Lalwani will be seen together in a romantic drama. The news was exclusively shared by India Today. Nothing much has been shared till.
India Today mentioned in its report that Lakshya is set to take on a romantic lead in a new project starting in 2025. The film is reportedly believed to be directed by Vivek Soni, known for Meenakshi Sundareshwar, featuring Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani in 2021. Lakshay also shared a post reading ‘Kal din mein hogi Chandani stay tuned..” on his Instagram stories.

The cast of the film also includes Tooth Pari fame, Tanya Maniktala and Raghav Juyal. Nikhil Nagesh Bhat is known for directing Hurdang, which starred Sunny Kaushal, Vijay Varma, and Nushratt Bharuccha.

Call Me Bae follows Ananya, a South Delhi girl who, after losing everything, relocates to Mumbai to rebuild her life as a journalist. The series explores her journey through the competitive media landscape while staying true to her unique perspective. The cast consists of Vihaan Samat, Varun Sood, Gurfateh Pirzada, Muskkaan Jaferi, and Niharika Dutt. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment, the show is streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
