Anant Ambani & Radhika Merchant’s Viral Wedding Invitation

The upcoming wedding of Anant Ambani, son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai on July 12 has caused a stir on social media with their extravagant wedding invitation. The lavish invite features a miniature silver-plated temple embellished with images of Hindu deities, capturing widespread attention in a viral video.

The Instagram-posted video of the invitation has garnered widespread sharing across multiple platforms. It displays a temple-shaped box containing a silver miniature temple. Upon opening, the background plays Hindi mantras, revealing gold idols inside.

The festivities will commence on Friday, July 12, with the Shubh Vivah (wedding ceremony), followed by the Shubh Aashirwad (divine blessings ceremony) on July 13. The celebrations will culminate with the Mangal Utsav (wedding reception) on July 14.

Upon opening the intricately designed box, one finds a backdrop of Hindi mantras and golden idols inside. The invitation also includes multiple leaflets outlining the various events.

The invitation includes a silver temple emitting the sound of mantras and a silver card fashioned to resemble the entrance of an ancient temple. It showcases intricate details and images of Hindu deities such as Lord Ganesh, Lord Vishnu, Goddess Lakshmi, Radha-Krishna, and Goddess Durga.

Another invitation is a silver box adorned with depictions of Lord Vishnu. Inside, there are several small frames and idols of Hindu deities, accompanied by a shawl.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, who had their roka ceremony in 2023, will wed on July 12 in Mumbai after enjoying two elaborate pre-wedding celebrations. The initial celebration extended over three days in Jamnagar, while the second occurred aboard a cruise in Europe in June, featuring performances by celebrities including Katy Perry, Diljit Dosanjh, and Rihanna.
