Actor-producer-director Amol Kagne is all set for his next Marathi comedy-drama Zol Zal, and his fans can’t wait to see their favorite back on screen.
Helmed by debutant director Manas Kumar Das, Zolzal has already garnered interest on social media. The teaser video begins with a brief montage of all the characters, followed by shots of them dancing to the film’s title track, Zol Zaal. The song is based on typical Marathi music and makes the audience move their feet.
However, few people know that Amol was a medical student. In his early days, Amol took up drama as a hobby in his spare time. Later he got the right direction for his career.
Coming back, the story of Zol Zal revolves around two brothers Jai and Veeru. Jai is the elder brother of Veeru, and he participates in all the activities. Every scene of the film is a comedy moment. The events of the film unfold with a sense of humour. Amol has previously played serious roles in complex storylines, but this is the first time he has appeared in a comic role in a film.
