On cancellation of the booked item, your pre-booking amount will be refunded to your source account from where you made the payment.
What happens if I don’t buy a pre-booking during the redemption window?
If you do not make a purchase during the redemption window, the pre-booking will be automatically cancelled.
Can I avail cash on delivery for these orders?
For pre-booking a product the first payment of Re 1 or token nominal amount should be prepaid (via Amazon Pay Balance). However, the balance payment during the redemption window can be made either by using Cash on Delivery or by using any other payment option available on Amazon.in.
