Allu Arjun and Chiranjeevi shouldn’t be compared, Allu Bobby explains why

Unlike his brother Allu Arjun, who has acted in several major films, Allu Bobby will turn a producer with Varun Tej starrer Ghani. In a recent interview, Allu Bobby while promoting his upcoming film said that Allu Arjun and Chiranjeevi should not be compared.

For those who don’t know, Allu Arjun is Allu Bobby’s real brother while Chiranjeevi is his cousin. In an interview, Allu Bobby said that Chiranjeevi started his journey in the entertainment industry from scratch and rose to the level of a megastar almost without any support.

In the case of Allu Arjun, Allu Bobby said that Bunny (Allu Arjun’s name given by fans) always got a lot of support. Allu Bobby reveals that his grandfather (Allu Ramalingaiah) and father (Allu Aravind) have been associated with the entertainment industry.

Allu Ramalingaiah was a famous comedian. Allu Aravind has been a prominent producer. Allu Bobby also said that Chiranjeevi has been a great source of inspiration to everyone in the family. According to Allu Bobby, we should never compare with those who are our idols.

Allu Bobby also talked about the progress of Allu Arjun’s career. He said that neither Peru Surya nor Illu had become quite mature after India. As told by Allu Bobby, Bunny had high hopes from that film but unfortunately it flopped. He praised his brother and said that Allu Arjun took a break of 2 years instead of getting disappointed.

In those two years, Bunny thought a lot about his approach to script selection, said his brother, the reason behind making films like Ala Vaikunthapuramulu and Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 such a huge hit.

Talking about Allu Bobby’s first production venture Gani, apart from Varun Tej, Sunil Shetty, Nadia Moidu, Jagapathi Babu and others will be seen in the film. Ghani will release on April 8 this year.
