‘Alliance With RJD Wasn’t Nitish’s Decision, but…’: Kushwaha’s Big Claim

Patna, January 31 (IANS) | Dissatisfied chairman of JDU parliamentary board Upendra Kushwaha claimed that Nitish Kumar was not taking decisions on his own.

He further said that it was not Nitish Kumar’s decision to form the government with the help of RJD. This suggestion was given by the leaders who surrounded him.

“When Nitish Kumar went with RJD to form government in Bihar, it was not Nitish Kumar’s decision. Kurhani bypoll candidate was not chosen as per Nitish Kumar’s choice. He has publicly stated that it was not ” Option to select candidate of Kurhani. When Nitish Kumar left RJD and joined BJP in 2017, it was not even his decision. Nitish Kumar is taking decisions on the suggestions of leaders around him,” Kushwaha said.

“Such a situation is dangerous for the party. It is heading towards the end. Nitish Kumar himself is unable to take decisions and is doing so on the suggestion of others. So I am appealing to Nitish ji to take decisions on his own Start.” At the individual level and save the party,” Kushwaha said.

“Nitish ji is saying that he has made me MLC and President of the National Parliamentary Board of the party. I had left the post of Union Minister, so what is the post of MLC. By appointing MLC, the party has not given me that.” A job, it has given me lollipops or rattles. If Nitish Kumar is thinking that he has done me a favor by appointing me as MLC and National Parliamentary Board chairman, then he should take back both the posts,” Kushwaha said.

“People are saying what kind of stake I want from Nitish Kumar. I want to make it clear to them that I want stake in JD-U. It is the same kind of stake that Nitish Kumar sought from Lalu Prasad Yadav in 1994 Was.” Nitish Kumar had demanded a share from Lalu Prasad Yadav during a rally at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. I am now demanding the same from Nitish Kumar in JDU.

Kushwaha said, “Nitish Kumar is saying that he loves me. What kind of love story is he making. When people love someone, they ask him to stay close. He asks me to leave the party.” Well, what kind of love is this.” asked.
