In Love and War, Alia Bhatt will be reuniting with her actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor.
Looks like Alia Bhatt is all set to begin work on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming movie, Love and War. On Friday afternoon, the Bollywood actress was spotted by the paparazzi outside Bhansali’s residence in Mumbai. In a video that surfaced on social media, Alia was seen entering SLB’s house when she avoided shutterbugs and did not pose for them.
In Love and War, Alia will be reuniting with her actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor. The film also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead. Earlier this year, in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Alia talked about the film and her reunion with Ranbir when she said, “I, as an audience, am more excited to see him [Bhansali] and Ranbir collaborate, again, after so many years. I am like, ‘wow, what’s that going to be like?” Talking about reuniting with Vicky Kaushal, Alia continued by saying, “Vicky and I coming together again; Ranbir and Vicky created magic with Sanju. So, it is a lot of combinations.”
“At the end of the day, the intention is to keep your head down and work hard. Not let the other excitement get in the way, because the excitement about the film and the material is the most important. When you are on set, you just have to give your 180 percent,” the actress added.
Meanwhile, Alia is currently also shooting for her Spy Universe movie – Alpha. Earlier today, it was reported that the actress is currently shooting for an action sequence with Bobby Deol for the movie. As reported by IANS, Alia and the film’s antagonist, Bobby Deol are currently in Mumbai where they are shooting on a heavily guarded set in Film City. “It is a ferocious action sequence. You can call it brutal. It is a no-holds-barred face-to-face action sequence between Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol. There will be blood,” a source cited by the news agency claimed.
Besides this, Alia Bhatt also has Jigra with Vedang Raina in her pipeline. She will also be seen in Jee Lee Zara with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. However, there is no update on the film’s shoot schedule as of now.
